Stoplas Ltd. Returns Policy

Questions or concerns? Reading this returns policy will help you understand your Returns rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our services.

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused in original undamaged packaging and fit for resale. Proof of purchase is required in the form of a printed invoice to be included in the return delivery.

  • Return Process: Contact us at Returns@Stoplas.co.uk for approval of returns. Do not send in without prior approval. We don’t cover return delivery costs.

  • Return Timeframe: Returns need to be received within 30 days of approval.

  • EU Cooling Off Period: If shipping to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 3 days without justification.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Returns Detailed Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Returns@Stoplas.co.uk and we will advise you if we accept your return.

We aim to reply within 7 days of receiving an email. We do not pay delivery costs for returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address, and include a printed copy of your invoice as proof of purchase:

Returns need to be received within 30 days of the approval of returns. We advise you to use a tracked delivery service to send your return to avoid uncertainty on delivery.

 

Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 

You can always contact us for any return questions at Returns@Stoplas.co.uk. Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
